Shusha Kapda – Return and Refund Policy

At Shusha Kapda, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective product, please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns for Defective or Faulty Products

  • If you receive a product with genuine defects such as damage, stains, stitching issues, or any other faults, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team and provide clear digital images of the defective product for review.
  • Once the return is approved, you must send the product back to our office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
  • After receiving the returned product, we will either issue a refund for the product amount or replace the product, based on availability.

Products Damaged During Transit

  • Shusha Kapda is not responsible for any damage, stains, or defects caused during shipping or transit by the courier company.
  • Unfortunately, products damaged in transit cannot be returned or exchanged, as we do not have control over shipping conditions once dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges for Personal Preferences

  • Returns or exchanges due to personal preference, dislike of the product, or change of mind will not be accepted.
  • We strongly recommend that customers carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before placing an order.

Return Conditions and Guidelines

  • All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags intact and attached. Returns without original tags will not be processed.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are tailored specifically to customer requirements.

Refund Policy on Returns

  • Custom duties and taxes, if applicable or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods, will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the product.
  • Orders placed using Bank Transfer payment will be refunded only as a Credit Note, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Shipping charges and transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a product with genuine defects such as damage, stains, stitching issues, or any other faults, please notify us within 3 days from date of receiving the order. 
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at enquiry@shushakapda.com and provide clear digital images of the defective product for review. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID while emailing. Our team will review the details and accept or deny the return request.
  • Our team usually receives the packet within 6-7 days upon accepting the refund/return request,  After receiving the returned product, we will either issue a refund within 7 working days to your bank account for the product amount or replace the product, based on availability and all conditions met.
  • If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, we will offer you the best possible alternative or proceed with a refund.
  • The complete process typically takes 10–15 business days. Once an item has been exchanged, it is not eligible for return or further exchange.
